7 April
A vignette showing Sylvain Grenier and René Duprée is shown, letting Americans know that they are coming to the WWE to teach them a lesson

28 April
La Résistance make their debut, telling Scott Steiner that they heard every word he said (likening France to hell) and they would like to introduce themselves. René says that because they’re French, they’re above fighting with aggression. They get in the ring to discuss the issue with Steiner and proceed to beat up on him.

5 May
La Résistance approach Stacy Keibler backstage, taunting her. René told her that they’re there to offer her a proposition. Picture a young model like her with them? Sylvain told her to think about it while she watches their match tonight.

La Résistance have a tag team match with Tommy Dreamer and Spike Dudley, gaining the win after a double spinebuster on Spike. Afterwards, Duprée grabs Dreamer’s kendo stick, nailing Dreamer with it. Steiner comes out and attacks La Résistance. They, in turn, double team Steiner until Test comes to make the save.

12 May
La Résistance and Chris Nowinski team up against Test, Scott Steiner and Goldust. After Sylvain gets on the microphone and insults America, he announces that they have found an American who isn’t a barbarian – Chris Nowinski. Afterwards, René tells them to leave the ring so they can re-enter with some class.

Test, Steiner and Goldust attack La Résistance and Nowinski, with Steiner planting Nowinski with a reverse DDT for the win.

19 May
La Résistance make their way out to the ring to face Test and Scott Steiner, a rematch from the Judgment Day PPV that occurred the previous day.

La Résistance jump Steiner and Test who are arguing over who will start the match. Steiner turns the tide on La Resistance by giving Duprée a big time belly to belly suplex. Duprée recovers to whip Steiner into the steps outside the ring. Test attempts the pump handle slam on Sylvain but Sylvain shoves Test into Steiner, knocking him off the ring apron and rolling Test into a pin for the win.

26 May
La Résistance interrupt the singing of Lilian Garcia. Duprée takes the microphone and tells everyone that they can’t take any more of this display of patriotism. He can’t understand why they sing America the Beautiful. Sylvain takes the microphone and says that Americans could learn a lot from more civilised people like the French. Stone Cold Steve Austin comes out to the ring and tosses Sylvain out before giving Duprée the Stunner to eliminate him from the ring.

2 June
Sylvain accompanies René to the ring for his match with Kane. Kane dominates for most of the match as Sylvain and RVD keep each other at bay. Sylvain gets himself involved late in the match which enables Duprée to hit a low blow on Kane and roll him up for the win.

16 June
La Résistance are defending their newly won World Tag Team Championships against the former champions, Kane and RVD. The latter team dominate the majority of the match until close to the end, when Sylvain jumps on Kane’s back, twisting his mask, making Kane lash out. Kane proceeds to hit both members of La Résistance with a steel chair and chokeslams them both, giving La Résistance the win via DQ.

23 June
La Résistance make their way to the ring and start singing the French national anthem, La Marseillaise. They sing for so long that they go to a commercial break! When they come back, La Résistance are still singing but are interrupted by The Hurricane who exchanges a few words with La Résistance, who them tell him to go find a partner to take them on. The Hurricane then announced that he had already found a partner – one who had experience in beating up “maggots.” His partner is the one and only Sgt Slaughter!

The titles are not on the line in this match, which didn’t quite last two minutes. Sgt Slaughter had Duprée in the Cobra Clutch. Grenier ended up in the Clutch as well but this enabled Duprée to get a tag team belt and hit Sgt Slaughter with it, gaining the victory for La Résistance.

30 June
La Résistance take on the team of The Hurricane and Spike Dudley in a non-title match. The Hurricane hit a few of his signature moves before being tossed from the ring which allowed La Resistance to hit their double team spinebuster for the win on Spike.

14 July
La Résistance make their way to the ring and tell everyone that they are grateful for two things: Eric Bischoff is back and it is Bastille Day. They proceed to sing La Marseillaise again and are interrputed by a commercial break. When Raw comes back, they are still singing but are interrupted by the Dudley Boyz. They storm the ring and beat down on the tag team champions, hitting a 3D on Duprée.
